On this day, one year ago, I said “I do” to the most amazing man made just for me. I remember that day like it was yesterday. I truly felt like everything and everyone was moving around me at 150 mph, and yet I was standing still as calm as can be. I wanted to take in every emotion and every second. To be totally honest, I wanted it to be over. LOL
To be as transparent as possible, the process of planning my wedding was a horrible one and it pains me that nothing can change that. Nevertheless, through it all, I put on the most gorgeous wedding dress ever and enjoyed my time, my day, and my love, and no one can take that away from me. 🙂 June 5, 2011 changed my life forever!
As we sit here on the beautiful beaches of Cancun, quietly toasting to our love, reminiscing over hilarious moments of our relationship, we have come to the conclusion that we only focus on what matters most – and that’s the love, admiration, and respect we have for each other. Being married has been the greatest joy and I cherish every second I’m with my husband.
1 year down…forever to go! 🙂
