The 3rd trimester has, by far, been the hardest to endure, but I can find comfort that next week it will be over! Yay! I’ve had a handful of girlfriends that are pregnant along with myself and it has been an amazing experience sharing stories and discoveries along the way. Like any good girlfriend, I’ve truly enjoyed sharing products that have made this experience a little bit more comfortable and easy.

Here are 5 products I have personally recommended to my own close girlfriends that were truly worth buying and having during the last leg of this journey.

Belly Buds

I can’t tell you enough how much I love this product! I love how easy they are to keep in your purse on the go and it allows your baby to listen to a number of things in utero. My husband and I would record ourselves reading books, record special messages to her, and even sing or play music using these buds. I also love that it comes with a splitter so you and baby can listen to the same thing at the same time. Even times she would get a little rowdy in there, I’d play some soft music for babies to get her to calm down and sleep. Either way, there’s nothing more exciting to know that your baby can hear your voice directly.

Bravado Designs Womens The Confetti Nursing Bra

Third trimester can wreck havoc on the girls and make them more uncomfortable than you can imagine. By the time 28 weeks came along, I had to opt for something that was definitely more practical and could continue to grow along with me. I bought this bra from Bravado Designs and it was an instant hit! The materials are made of cotton and provide the coverage for your needs and keep the girls sitting up nice. These bras give the perfect stretch across your chest. Did I mention how cute this bra is?! Their entire selection have a nice range of styles, color, and options to choose from.

I have yet to touch my underwire bras since these arrived in my mailbox.

Forever 21 Stretch Knit Tanks

You don’t have to do your research to figure out that maternity wear can be pretty expensive. Even a simple stretch tank can set you back $20 or $30! After doing some testing and research, I found that these tanks are so stretchy and comfortable, I could live in them. Plus, they are only $4 each! They stretch perfectly over boobs and tummy and I can go on all day how s.o.f.t. these tanks are! For those mamas that will be expecting in the warmer months, this tank is definitely a keeper!

Motherhood Maternity’s Ultimate Maternity Belt

Before pregnancy, I really thought I knew what back pain was. Fast forward to now – that would be a negative. 3rd trimester has done a number on my back to the point whe
re the mere though of walking can make one weep. After doing some research, I found this maternity belt that was only $18 and a number of fantastic reviews.

This maternity belt helps with back pain and even helps to hold some of the weight your baby puts on your tummy in the front. This bag is easy to fold and store in your bag just in case you need the support on the go.

EOS Lip Balm

I’m not sure about all pregnant women, but this here woman had a case of dry skin everywhere! It could have been the fact that I was most pregnant during cooler months, but I could tell a noticeable difference that my skin was drier than normal all the time, especially my lips. I wasn’t the biggest fan of EOS Lip Balm until I became pregnant. Now I keep some in my bag, in my bathroom and of course I have it packed in my hospital bag. It’s inexpensive, it’s moisturizing and it smells great.
