This transitional period between summer and fall always brings fashion choices into question. For me, the simpler, the better. I fell in love with H&M’s fringe top {similar version here} from their fall collection simply because it was sleeveless, which can be fun for layering. I added dark wash skinny jeans and pointy toe patent leather pumps, both understated to give the outfit a sleek and more polished look.
