The other day I was randomly on FB (as always) and for some odd reason my best friend thought it’d be a good idea to send me a message. Okay – why not just text me, chick (LOL)?! The last message she sent me was in early 2007; so much has changed since then!!
Anywho, she sent me this message back then that she received from a childhood friend titled Examine Your Front Row. As I begin reading this, it struck a cord with me about who you surround yourself with. Even though much has changed since 2007, it can surely still be applied today – especially with me! Check it…
Life is a theater – invite your audience carefully. Not everyone is
Holy enough or healthy enough to have a front row seat in your life.
There are some people in your life that need to be loved from a distance.
It’s amazing what you can accomplish when you let go, or at least
minimize your time with draining, negative, incompatible,
not-going-anywhere relationships, friendships, family or fellowships!
Observe the relationships around you. Pay attention to:
-Which ones life and which ones lean
-Which ones encourage and which ones discourage
-Which ones are on a path of growth uphill and which ones are going downhill
-When you leave certain people, do you feel better or feel worse?
-Which ones always have drama or really don’t understand
-Which ones know and appreciate the gift that lies within you
-Which ones are about competing against what the other has
-Which ones put the emphasis on money rather than true friendship
-Which ones encourage and which ones discourage

♥The more you seek God and the things of God – the more you seek quality
♥The more you seek not just the hand of God, but the face of God,
the more you seek things which are honorable
♥The more you seek growth, peace of mind, love and truth around you,
the easier it will become for you to
decide who gets to sit in the FRONT ROW and who should be moved to the
balcony of your life.
♥You cannot change the people around you……but you can change the
people you are around!
Ask God for wisdom and discernment and choose wisely the people who
sit in the front row of your life!

Love it!!!! 🙂
