The Summer Travel Checklist

Sharing my summer travel checklist with pieces that are stylish, travels well, and are extremely easy to pack.

I can honestly say that I have seen my fair share of airports around the country since April and I have been having a BLAST taking in the new sights, sounds, and cities, near and far. As I continue to travel, I get better at packing the items that are necessary for the trip. The last 3 trips, I wore every single item in my suitcase!

When it comes to summer travel, some of the best pieces that tend to travel well & won’t take up a huge amount of space are dresses, sandals or flats, cross body bags, & jewelry that’s easy to pack and goes with everything.

Since I am headed to Chicago tomorrow, here’s my recommended summer travel checklist of items to have packed when you’re ready to jet set!

1. Dresses: Maxi Dress, a little black dress, a white dress, & a denim dress

2. Flats like these are amazing for travel or a pair of these for the fashion forward girls.
3. An easy pair of sandals like this pair, or even sneakers like this pair & recently this pair have been my go-tos on every trip.
4. Simple & patterned cross body bags like this one & this one are perfect for on the go!
5. Statement pieces like this one go great or you can opt for something more dainty and simple like this necklace or this pair of earrings.
