I consider myself a pretty healthy eater and I love discovering easy ecipes to try that doesn’t take too much time and effort to put together. A while back, I really wanted to get into making my own smoothies with fresh ingredients that were delicious and healthy at the same time. On the other hand, I wanted to only do simple & easy smoothie recipes that took less than 2 minutes to put together. As a new mother, I barely have time to steep a mug of tea while the little angel is awake all day, let alone make a cumbersome smoothie. So I decided to test out a few recipes when I had free time while the baby was taking a quick {and I do mean quick} nap. After one try with each, I succeeded.
Here are three delicious & healthy smoothie recipes that you literally can toss in the ingredients, blend, and pour in a moment’s notice.
